Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify Agent 747 of unauthorized access. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat function on the Platform.
Agent 747 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of our compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the Platform:
Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You may request the closure of your Agent 747 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Agent 747 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Agent 747 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There are no fees charged by Agent 747 on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Agent 747 accepts no responsibility. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Agent 747 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Agent 747 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
Note on Withdrawal Eligibility: Funds derived from bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
